Paying for your order

HEDEOMA BENTON accepts Visa, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Diners Club, Apple Pay, and American Express. Wallet availability can depend on your device, browser, and payment provider. The payment options available for your purchase appear at checkout.

Prices and checkout totals

Store prices and charges are in United States dollars (USD). Applicable sales tax, if any, is calculated and displayed before you place your order. The checkout summary shows the products, discounts, taxes, and final amount payable. Shipping charges are explained in the Shipping Policy.

Payment is due at checkout. Your payment provider may place an authorization hold before completing the charge. HEDEOMA BENTON processes an order for fulfillment only after payment has been confirmed.

Payment problems and verification

If a payment is declined, check your billing details and contact your card issuer or wallet provider. A pending authorization is not necessarily a completed charge; its release depends on the provider.

HEDEOMA BENTON may request reasonable verification when an order presents a payment or fraud concern. If the payment cannot be verified or the order cannot be accepted, any completed charge will be refunded under the Return And Refund Policy.

Protecting your payment details

Checkout is provided through Shopify and the payment services available on the store. Do not send full card numbers, security codes, or account passwords by email. Information about the handling of checkout data is in the Privacy Policy.
