Using the store

These terms apply to your use of hedeomabenton.com and purchases from HEDEOMA BENTON, the store operated by the business identified on the Contact Us page. By placing an order, you agree to the terms presented for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits a consumer right that cannot be waived under applicable law.

You must have legal capacity to make the purchase or the permission of a parent or legal guardian. Provide accurate contact, billing, and delivery information, and do not use the website for fraudulent transactions, unauthorized access, or interference with another customer’s use.

Orders and acceptance

The order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. HEDEOMA BENTON may decline or cancel an order for an unavailable item, an unverified payment, a material listing error, or an unsupported delivery address. If a paid order is canceled, the appropriate amount will be refunded under the Return And Refund Policy.

HEDEOMA BENTON will not substitute a materially different product, add a charge, or change an agreed delivery arrangement without informing you and obtaining any agreement required by law.

Cancellations and address changes: contact within 24 hours

To request cancellation or a delivery-address change, email support@hedeomabenton.com within 24 hours after placing the order. Include your order number and state either “Cancel order” or “Change address.” For an address change, provide the complete corrected address.

The deadline is measured in elapsed hours, not business hours. The time your email reaches the support inbox determines whether the request was submitted within 24 hours, including when it arrives outside support hours.

HEDEOMA BENTON will try to action a timely request before dispatch. A request is not confirmed until HEDEOMA BENTON replies. Cancellation or redirection may no longer be possible if the package has been handed to the carrier. The Return And Refund Policy applies to an eligible item after delivery.

This 24-hour request window does not restrict rights concerning an unshipped order that is delayed beyond the promised shipment period, a defective or incorrect product, or any other non-waivable consumer right.

Product information and use

Product photographs and descriptions help explain the item, but screen settings can affect displayed color. A minor display difference does not allow HEDEOMA BENTON to supply a materially different item.

Use fragrance products only as directed on their labels. Do not ingest them or apply household or vehicle fragrance to skin. Keep fragrance liquids away from children, pets, heat, and flames, and protect surfaces from spills. Fragrance descriptions are not medical advice or promises of therapeutic results. Individual scent perception and diffusion can vary with the environment.

Responsibility and disputes

HEDEOMA BENTON remains responsible for obligations that applicable law places on the seller. Any limitation on responsibility applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited.

Please raise a dispute with support@hedeomabenton.com so HEDEOMA BENTON can review the facts and seek a practical resolution. This request does not require you to give up access to a court, regulator, payment-provider remedy, or other lawful process. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration.

To the extent permitted by law, these terms are governed by the laws of Kentucky and applicable United States federal law. This choice does not remove mandatory protections available under the laws that apply to you.
